Network Research Analysis and Enlightenment about Employment Situation of Jewelry Enterprises in the Pearl River Delta Region

By integrated use of network information technology,mathematical statistics and analysis method,the authors investigated labor demand of jewelry enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region according to survey data from a website published in a week.Job recruitment requirements,salary,and web traffic were studied and useful conclusions were drawn.It shows that the enterprises prefer to the people who have some working experience,master the higher professional technology,and speak Cantonese with computer knowledge.For those employee,jewelry enterprises are willing to provide with a good salary.The online research results would be promoted to the construction of jewelry professional,especially for the guidance of innovation of the personnel training mode and curriculum system in the late reform work.On the basis of the network research,to organize enterprise discussion,to distribute questionnaire,to integrate professional education power,to reform the course structure and to optimize the allocation of class will be carried out later.This work would enable secondary vocational schools to develop more in line with the enterprise needs of talents,and also open up a larger space to the school-enterprise cooperation.
