高职本科珠宝专业人才联合培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Talents' Joint Training Pattern ofJewelry Specialty in Higher Vocational Undergraduate College

  • 摘要: 国内对珠宝专业新型人才联合培养模式的研究还处于探索阶段。国外珠宝专业院校所采用的联合培养模式,主要特点是除学校、企业双方参与外,政府作为第三方对联合培养进行支持、监督和协调;联合培养设置有官方管理机构,保障合作的稳定性。国内珠宝专业院校所采用的联合培养模式,本质上仍然是传统的“校企合作”模式,校企合作内容单一且稳定性较差。在调研的基础上,总结珠宝专业人才国内外联合培养经验,以昆明理工大学城市学院珠宝专业为试点,提出了基于学校、行业协会、企业三方参与的高职本科珠宝专业新型联合培养模式:三方共同组建专业建设指导委员会,为联合培养人才提供组织保障;建立双导师人才培养制度,为新型人才联合培养模式提供丰富的师资队伍;对应职业的岗位特点改革课程设置,增加了整周实践教学的综合实训课程,理论教学比例适当减少,选修课程比例适当地增加;建立多元化的实训基地,单一专业扩展为专业群。对于新模式中出现的问题进行分析并阐述了解决方案,强调新型人才培养模式中行业协会的作用和政府给予政策支持的重要性。

     

    Abstract: As a new type of talent training in jewelry mgior in higher vocational college, domestic researches are still at the stage of exploration. This paper introduced the joint training mode adopted by foreign jewelry colleges and universities firstly. The main feature is that the government acts as the third party to support, supervise and coordinate the joint training between college and enterprises; and joint training is provided with official management institutions to ensure the stability. The joint training mode adopted by the domestic jewelry colleges is still essentially the traditional "college and enterprise cooperation" model, and the content of college and enterprise cooperation is limited and the stability is poor. On the basis of investigation, this paper summarized the experience of talents' joint training at home and abroad, taking professional jewelry specialty of Kunming University of Science and Technology City College as an experiment unit. A new type of talents' joint training mode of jewelry specialty in higher vocational colleges is put forward, which is based on the participation of three parties——college, industry association and enterprise. The three sides jointly set up the Steering Committee for professional construction, providing organizational support for talents' joint training. The establishment of a dual tutor joint talent training system provides a rich team of teachers for the talents' joint training. According to the characteristics of the profession to reform the curriculum, a full week of comprehensive training course for practical teaching has been added. The proportion of theoretical teaching has been reduced appropriately, and the proportion of elective courses has been increased appropriately. The three sides set up diversified training bases, and expand single major into specialty groups. The author analyzed the problems in the new model and expounds the solutions, emphasizing the role of the industry association in the new talents' training mode and the importance of the government's policy support.
