珠三角地区珠宝首饰企业用工情况网络调研分析与启示

Network Research Analysis and Enlightenment about Employment Situation of Jewelry Enterprises in the Pearl River Delta Region

  • 摘要: 综合运用网络信息技术、数学统计与分析手段,对2013年7月25日至8月2日发布在深圳俊才网上的珠三角地区珠宝首饰企业的用工需求情况进行调研,对不同岗位的招聘要求、薪资待遇、网站浏览量等情况进行分析并得出有关结论。结果显示,企业更青睐于有一定工作经验、掌握较高专业技术、会说粤语且了解熟悉电脑知识的人才,并愿意提供较好的薪资待遇。本次网络调研的成果为珠宝专业的建设起到推动作用,特别是为后期的人才培养模式的创新和课程体系改革工作提出指导性建议,在此基础上进行企业座谈、调查问卷等调研,能够整合专业办学力量,改革课程结构和优化课时分配,这些工作的开展将使中职学校培养出更加符合行业与企业需求的人才,也为深化校企合作开辟了更大的空间。

     

    Abstract: By integrated use of network information technology,mathematical statistics and analysis method,the authors investigated labor demand of jewelry enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region according to survey data from a website published in a week.Job recruitment requirements,salary,and web traffic were studied and useful conclusions were drawn.It shows that the enterprises prefer to the people who have some working experience,master the higher professional technology,and speak Cantonese with computer knowledge.For those employee,jewelry enterprises are willing to provide with a good salary.The online research results would be promoted to the construction of jewelry professional,especially for the guidance of innovation of the personnel training mode and curriculum system in the late reform work.On the basis of the network research,to organize enterprise discussion,to distribute questionnaire,to integrate professional education power,to reform the course structure and to optimize the allocation of class will be carried out later.This work would enable secondary vocational schools to develop more in line with the enterprise needs of talents,and also open up a larger space to the school-enterprise cooperation.
